2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of vouchers (hereinafter “Voucher(s)”) via this website. The vouchers are issued by the provider named above.

3. Subject of the Contract

The vouchers entitle the holder to pay for tattoo services provided by the named artist at the partner salon. Vouchers represent a monetary value and can be used to pay (in full or in part) for services provided by the named artist in the salon.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via Stripe; available payment methods may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and others. The purchaser receives an automatic payment confirmation by email from the payment service provider (Stripe). This confirmation email constitutes the voucher and proof of purchase.

5. Delivery

The voucher is delivered by email (the payment confirmation from Stripe). The confirmation email serves as proof of purchase and must be presented at the salon when redeeming the voucher. We recommend keeping the confirmation email (or bringing a printout/screenshot).

6. Validity, Transferability, Cash Redemption

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are transferable. The voucher value cannot be paid out in cash. After partial or full redemption of the voucher, a refund is not possible.

7. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from the contract (purchase of the voucher) within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of purchase. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact details above) by means of a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Effects of withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments that we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

No right of withdrawal after redemption
The right of withdrawal expires if the voucher has been partially or fully redeemed before the end of the withdrawal period. In this case, a refund is excluded.

9. Liability

Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

Personal data processed for the purchase and redemption of vouchers is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information on data subjects’ rights can be found in the Privacy Policy.

11. Final Provisions
